Cole Mizak is a Compass real estate agent based in Incline Village, Nevada, and the founder of the Mizak Mountain Luxury Team. He specializes in luxury and lakefront homes in Incline Village, Crystal Bay, Lake Tahoe, and Truckee, representing buyers and sellers in both Nevada and California.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Cole moved to Lake Tahoe in 2013 to attend Sierra Nevada College (now University of Nevada Reno). He earned his real estate license in 2016 while completing a double major in global business management and finance and economics. What began as a move for college became a lasting home and a career helping others find their place in the region.

Cole’s approach combines careful pricing analysis, local property knowledge, and direct communication. He helps buyers understand the differences between neighborhoods and properties, while guiding sellers through preparation, marketing, and negotiation.
