Beginning at 6,750ft and topping out at 7,100ft, the neighborhood is considered “moderate elevation”. Golfers Pass Road runs directly through the middle of the development and is a school bus route. From the center of the neighborhood, the Raley’s Shopping Center is just 1.3mi away. The center is exactly 2.0mi to Incline Beach and 2.7mi to the HyattHotel & Casino.
