Living on the East Coast we took Cole up on his generous offer to do numerous video tours of homes in which we were interested. The first time he did this for us I expected perhaps a five-minute walk-through, but he sent 20 minutes of video, and then repeated a couple more times with follow-on properties! Very thorough and no detail was missed. Cole is always quick to respond, by text or email, and consistently went above and beyond in addressing any and all questions we had. He's enthusiastic and knows the ins and outs of the Tahoe market very well. He's familiar with all neighborhoods, the pros and cons of different property types, and has an excellent gauge on what a fair market price/offer for a specific home should be. He promptly showed it to me even though it was in escrow and was quite likely to go through. He did not consider this a waste of time, but as a way to better understand my exact requirements. I ended up buying a house from Cole and he was a great help during and after the sale. He helped me with insurance, local maintenance contractors and even arranged a roof repair during an emergency when I was away. I have no hesitation in recommending Cole to anyone!"

When we let him know we were ready he met with us promptly, had a professional photographer and videographer out right away, and the property was listed within a week. We had 2 offers the day of listing, and Cole held an open house on the weekend which brought in more offers. Ultimately the place sold at well over the list price. On the market to close was 15 days!
