Lakeview

 

The Lakeview Subdivision spans the area west of Village Blvd to the intersection of Highway 28 and Lakeshore Boulevard. The neighborhood also includes all of the properties on the non-lake side of Lakeshore Boulevard.

Lots heretend to be fairly level. The average lot size is just under 1/2 acre. Some homes have lake views. Considered a “low-elevation” neighborhood by Lake Tahoe standards, ease of access is not a problem. 

Homes here are within walking distance to many Incline Village attractions. Close by is Burnt Cedar Beach. This private Incline Village includes a white sand beach, volleyball court, outdoor pool, concession stand and beach bar. Also close by is the Lakeshore walking and biking path, that now connects to the East Shore Trail. 

One benefit of choosing the Lakeview Subdivision is it’s proximity to the Village Center. The Village Center contains the Village Market, the Incline Village Post Office, Lupita’s Mexican Restaurant, Glasses Wine Bar, and Napa Auto Parts just to name a few.

 

 

Many homes here were built by Boise Cascade, the original developer of Incline Village. The subdivision contains 296 buildable parcels. Many of the original homes have been extensively remodeled and even torn down and rebuilt. 

The subdivision is one of the most visually appealing in all of Incline Village. Today, a “tear-down” can go for $1-$1.2M, while a home on the non-lake side of Lakeshore Boulevard can go for all the way up to $11M.

During 2019, there were 16 home sales. Sale prices ranged from $735,000 – $3,500,000 with the median being $2,075,000.
