Luxury homes in Incline Village, Nevada with scenic Lake Tahoe views, highlighting the tax advantages of Nevada residency for homebuyers.

Welcome to Mill Creek

Homes in the Millcreek Subdivision are desired by both year round residents and second homeowners. Their desire comes from several factors that set Millcreek apart from nearly any other subdivision in Incline Village. The main factor is walkability. It’s an easy walk to Incline Beach, the Hyatt Hotel & Casino, the Country Club Mall, and the East Shore Trail. The Country Club Mall is home to great restaurants including Austin’s, Fumo, Mountain High Deli, and La Fondue. Moreover, Millcreek is still close to the Raley’s Shopping Center; it’s roughly 1.3mi from the center of the neighborhood.

Another key attribute of the Millcreek Subdivision is it’s low elevation. Sitting at 6,225ft, snow load is minimal. Homeowner’s can count on ease of access no matter the time of year. Furthermore, homes here have an average lot size of 0.35ac and nearly every lot is level and usable. It’s an easy choice for families relocating to Incline Village.

With just 276 parcels, properties in Millcreek are rare. The majority of these properties are single-family homes. However, there are a few condominium complexes as welled as freestanding condominium complex.  The Tahoe Regional Planning agency governs buildable square footage based on several factors, including; slope of the land and quality of the soil. Millcreek holds one of the highest buildable percentages out of any subdivision in Incline Village. Thanks to the level geography and generous lot sizes, tear downs and new builds have become fairly common in Millcreek.
