The Jennifer Subdivision is a beautiful subdivision on the northern side of Mt. Rose Highway. In the neighborhood are 276 single-family homes with elevations ranging from 6,900ft to 7,450ft. Homes here feature either lake views or breathtaking forested settings. Although at a “mid-to-high” elevation, Jennifer Street is a school bus route allowing access for homeowners with prompt plowing.

The location of the subdivision is approximately 1.5mi from the Raley’s Shopping Center, 2.5mi from Burnt Cedar Beach, 1.5mi from the Christmas Tree Village Center, and 2.7mi from the Hyatt Hotel & Casino.
