Incline Village Golf Courses Opening for 2025: What Homeowners & Golfers Need to Know

Lake Tahoe Cole Mizak April 13, 2025

As an Incline Village real estate agent, one of my favorite signs that summer is around the corner is the opening of our world-class golf courses. Whether you’re a longtime resident, new homeowner, or thinking about buying a home in Incline Village, golf season is always something to look forward to.

Here’s the latest on opening dates for the Incline Village golf courses in 2025 — plus why this matters if you’re looking at Incline Village homes for sale.

2025 Incline Village Golf Course Opening Dates

Championship Course

Scheduled Opening Day: Friday, May 16, 2025
Known for its scenic mountain views and challenging layout, the Championship Course is a major draw for golfers and homebuyers alike. If you live nearby, this is your backyard.

Mountain Course

Scheduled Opening Day: Friday, May 23, 2025
A little more relaxed but still plenty of fun, the Mountain Course offers shorter holes and breathtaking pine tree views — perfect for casual rounds or family golf days.

Note: All openings are weather dependent, but after a mild winter, 2025 is shaping up for an on-time start.

Why Golf Season Matters in Incline Village Real Estate

As an Incline Village realtor, I always tell clients: the golf courses here are more than just places to play — they’re community hubs. Living near either course adds lifestyle value that buyers specifically look for when searching for Incline Village homes for sale.

Golf course properties tend to move fast in spring and early summer. Buyers want to settle in before peak season starts. And sellers? This is prime time to showcase your home with green fairways and sunny skies as your backdrop.

Looking to Buy or Sell a Home Near the Golf Course?

I’m Cole Mizak, a Lake Tahoe real estate agent with Compass, specializing in Incline Village homes for sale. If you’re curious about golf course properties, lakeview homes, or any of the unique neighborhoods around Incline Village, I’d love to help.

Golf season is short — but the right home here lasts forever.
